The Job
We are looking for Warehouse Operators to join AGC Biologics' GMP Warehouse in Søborg. Depending on your experience and qualifications, you will become part of either our Picking team or Goods Reception team, both of which play a vital role in supporting the production of life-saving medicines.

Your responsibilities will include:
Picking and packing materials and goods
Scanning and registering goods in warehouse management systems
Receiving goods from external warehouses and logistics partners
Storing and placing goods in designated warehouse locations
Inventory counting and quality control
Processing inventory transactions and warehouse documentation
Forklift operation and internal transport of materials
Cleaning and maintaining general warehouse order to support GMP requirements
Various ad hoc tasks in the daily operation
This is a physically demanding warehouse position where heavy lifting may occur, so it is important that you enjoy staying active throughout the workday.

Your Profile
We imagine that you:
Have experience from warehouse operations, preferably around 2 years or more
Thrive in an active and physically demanding work environment
Are comfortable working with warehouse systems, scanners, and documentation
Work in a structured manner and pay attention to quality and details
Are reliable, punctual, and take responsibility for your tasks
Understand the importance of handling products and materials correctly
Have a positive attitude and contribute to strong teamwork
Can read and understand English, as training materials and procedures are provided in English
Experience from the pharmaceutical, biotech, GMP, or other quality-regulated industries is an advantage, but not a requirement. You will receive training in the relevant processes.
A forklift certificate is a strong advantage and will be required for some functions.
A clean criminal record must be presented as part of the hiring process.
Practical Information
Please note that your first week will include onboarding, certifications, and training. A significant part of the introduction is conducted through written training materials and procedures in English, so it is important that you are comfortable working with English documentation.
Working hours are either:
Day shift: 06:00 - 14:00
Evening shift: 14:00 - 22:00
The position is Monday to Friday.
This is a full-time temporary position with an expected duration of approximately 2 months and an immediate start. For the right candidates, there may be opportunities for extension and potential permanent employment.
Salary is based on the applicable collective agreement and follows AGC Biologics' salary framework.
