Leadership Recruitment Specialist – Make an impact from the very first search:
Are you skilled at finding the people others might miss? Are you strong in search, sourcing, and talent pipelining – and confident engaging with senior stakeholders? Then we may have the opportunity you’ve been looking for.
Moment is looking for a Leadership Recruitment Specialist on behalf of Maersk.
You will play an important role in identifying and engaging strong candidates for leadership positions within a global organization.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make an impact before the later stages of the recruitment process even begins. You will be a key player in the early stages, identifying, attracting, and assessing the right talent.
Find the talent:
As a Leadership Recruitment Specialist, you will be the person who spots potential before others do. You will turn an initial conversation with a senior stakeholder into a targeted search and take it through to the initial assessment of candidates.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Building and developing talent pipelines of relevant profiles for leadership positions
Identifying and sourcing candidates through targeted and external searches
Attracting and engaging talent through professional and proactive candidate outreach
Screening candidates and conducting initial interviews to identify the strongest profiles
You will work closely with senior stakeholders, using your recruitment expertise and market knowledge to shape search strategies and qualify the candidate pool.
Your profile:
We are looking for someone with solid experience in search and sourcing, who is comfortable taking ownership of the early stages of the recruitment process.
Perhaps you come from a background as a Senior Sourcer, Recruiter, or Recruitment Specialist. Your job title is less important than your ability to understand recruitment needs, define the right profile, and turn that insight into a targeted and effective search.
You are confident, mature, and professional in your approach. You are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders in English and have the confidence to contribute your expertise and perspective. At the same time, you work in a structured, data-driven way and have a strong focus on quality and compliance.
We would particularly like you to have experience with:
Search, sourcing, and external talent markets
Intake meetings and defining recruitment needs
Stakeholder management, preferably with senior stakeholders
Talent pipelining and building long-term talent pools
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as Workday
Data-driven recruitment and structured candidate management – with an eye for compliance
Experience with succession planning or end-to-end recruitment would be an advantage.
International recruitment experience across countries and markets would also be beneficial.
An international role with a global perspective:
You will become part of an international setup, where you will have the opportunity to work with talent across countries, functions, and markets.
You will not be left to figure things out on your own. An onboarding plan will be shaped, and you will be assigned a dedicated buddy to ensure a smooth start and help you quickly become familiar with the organization, systems, and ways of working.
