Moment is currently looking for two skilled employees to join a well-established manufacturing company with a strong focus on quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary tasks will include:

  • Preparing and positioning components in welding robot fixtures

  • Tack welding and securing components before robotic welding

  • Performing minor manual welding tasks and adjustments when required

  • Carrying out quality checks on finished components

  • Collaborating closely with colleagues across the production department

The production facility utilizes modern robotic welding equipment and highly automated manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have experience as a welder, metalworker, fabricator, or similar

  • Have previous experience working in a welding or metal production environment

  • Are comfortable performing tack welding and minor welding adjustments

  • Can read and follow production instructions and drawings

  • Are able to communicate in English as part of daily work and teamwork

A valid welding certificate is not required.

Experience with welding carbon steel (mild steel) is considered an advantage but is not a requirement. Candidates with this experience may have opportunities to support other welding activities within the company when needed.

You are:

  • Reliable and punctual

  • Quality-conscious and detail-oriented

  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team

  • Comfortable working in a production environment

  • Motivated to work on a permanent night shift

Previous night shift experience is considered an advantage.

Working Hours and Training

The position starts with approximately two weeks of training on the day shift, where you will be introduced to the company's products, processes, and work procedures.

Following the training period, you will transition to:

  • Permanent night shift

  • 40 hours per week

  • 8-hour workdays

  • Variable weekly work schedule
