We Are Looking for a Maintenance Technician!

As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform hands-on technical work in production while also taking on a coordinating role in the day-to-day operations of the maintenance team.

About the Position

You will join a team of three technicians, all of whom have 5–10 years of experience with the company. The role offers a high degree of freedom and responsibility.

The position combines practical maintenance work with coordination of the team's tasks, priorities, and spare parts management to ensure stable and efficient production operations.

You will spend most of your time on the production floor rather than in the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and repair of electrical and automation systems on production equipment

• Preventive maintenance and optimization of machinery and equipment

• Participation in technical improvement and development projects

• Registration and documentation in the maintenance management system

• Coordination of technicians' tasks, priorities, and schedules

• Ordering spare parts and following up on deliveries

Your Background

We imagine that you have a technical or trade background, such as an Automation Technician, Industrial Electrician, Welder/Fabricator, or a similar profession, and that you have solid experience in electrical troubleshooting and repairs.

You may be formally trained or have acquired your skills through experience—the most important thing is that you have built strong practical expertise. Experience from the food production industry, preferably a slaughterhouse environment, is a clear advantage but not a requirement.

Practical Information

Working Hours: Monday to Friday – weekend work may Working hours are coordinated within the maintenance team. Flexibility is required, as production cannot stop in the event of breakdowns.
