We Are Looking for a Maintenance Technician!
DAFC is a privately owned food production company operating within the poultry industry and production, with a strong focus on high quality, operational reliability, and efficient production.
Daily operations are characterized by a fast-paced environment, strong teamwork, and an informal culture. Employees play a key role in the business, with a strong emphasis on responsibility, flexibility, and continuous improvement.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform hands-on technical work in production while also taking on a coordinating role in the day-to-day operations of the maintenance team.
About the Position
You will join a team of three technicians, all of whom have 5–10 years of experience with the company. The role offers a high degree of freedom and responsibility.
The position combines practical maintenance work with coordination of the team's tasks, priorities, and spare parts management to ensure stable and efficient production operations.
You will spend most of your time on the production floor rather than in the office.

Registration and documentation in the maintenance management system
