Job description:

As a future employee at DAO in Øm, you’ll be joining a friendly and welcoming team in a fast-paced environment.
Your tasks will include sorting and handling packages, managing returns, scanning and labelling, loading and unloading goods, and helping keep the terminal clean and organized. You will also assist drivers and handle basic reporting tasks –having good IT skills is a plus. Heavy lifting may occur, so you should be prepared for physically active work.

Your profile:

The key qualities we are looking for in a future employee include reliability, basic system skills, communication skills, good physical condition, being structured, and having a high level of enthusiasm and energy in your work.

Additionally, we expect that you:

• Fine with both on-call shifts and regular shifts.

• Thrive in a busy work environment.

• Speak English.

• Have experience from similar work – but this is not a requirement.

• You need to be comfortable operating electric vehicles, such as electric tugs, inside the terminal.

Working hours and salary:

We are looking for candidates to join our morning, day, and evening teams. Working hours vary, so it is important that you are flexible with your availability.

As some shifts may fall outside regular hours, it is essential that you have checked your transport options in advance and are confident that you can get to and from the workplace – both when starting and finishing your shift.

Salary: 158 DKK in salary + 15.15 in hourly supplement + 10% in optinal benefits account + additional pay for irregular working hours.

The shifts will be a mix of fixed shifts and on-call shifts.
