The Role:

As Team Lead Support, you will play an important role in ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations. You will work closely with the Team Lead and gradually be trained for a "Right Hand" position with increased responsibility.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Team Lead in the daily coordination of warehouse operations

• Operating a man-up turret truck with lifting heights of up to 12 meters

• Handling, storing, and moving goods safely and efficiently

• Assisting with inventory management and general warehouse tasks

• Contributing to a structured, productive, and positive working environment

• Taking initiative and helping solve operational challenges when needed

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining hands-on warehouse work with leadership development opportunities.

Your Profile:

We are looking for a candidate who is reliable, eager to learn, and capable of taking responsibility.

• Hold a valid forklift license

• Have experience operating a man-up turret truck with lifting heights of up to 12 meters

• Have previous leadership experience or demonstrate strong leadership potential

• Communicate confidently in English, both verbally and in writing

• Work independently and take ownership of your tasks

• Have a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop

• Thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Are quality-conscious, structured, and dependable

Employment:

• Start date: As soon as possible

• Morning shifts 0700 - 1530 Monday to Friday

• Full-time position

• Comprehensive training provided for the "Right Hand" role

• Performance and capabilities will be evaluated during the initial employment period

• Based on a successful assessment, a permanent employment contract will be offered
