About the Position

We are looking for a structured and self-driven Warehouse Operator to manage the daily order flow – from picking and packing to shipping.

You will be solely responsible for the daily warehouse operations at the warehouse located in Stilling and will work independently on-site. It is therefore essential that you are comfortable working alone and able to create structure and maintain full operational overview.

A short onboarding/training period of 1–2 weeks will be provided, after which you are expected to handle the tasks independently.

Seniority Level and Autonomy

This role requires a high degree of independence from day one, with full responsibility for daily warehouse operations. It is best suited for an experienced warehouse operator or a hands-on profile with the ability to quickly take ownership and structure the work. Part of the communication takes place with Chinese suppliers, and you should be comfortable engagning in dialouge with them. You therefore need to be fluent in English. We prefer that you can speak Danish as well.

Key Responsibilities

  • Picking items based on customer orders

  • Packing and preparing shipments

  • Booking shipments and handling shipping documentation

  • Receiving and registering incoming goods

  • Inventory management and updates in IT systems

  • Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse

  • Continuously improving workflows and processes

 

Qualifications

  • Experience in warehouse operations and strong IT skills (experience with warehouse or ERP systems is a plus)

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership

  • Structured and detail-oriented

  • Hands-on and comfortable with physical work

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

  • Forklift license is required

Working hours an salary:

Monday - Friday from 07.00-15.00 with the posibility for earlier hours to match the Chinese market.

Salary is in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.

The position is to be filled as soon as possible and will run until the end of the year.
