About the Role
This role focuses on bookkeeping and financial reporting, supporting both existing and new clients.
You will work closely with the CEO during onboarding, gaining hands-on experience, after which a high degree of independence is expected. The position offers exposure to a variety of clients and accounting setups, as well as the opportunity to be part of an AI-driven journey.
Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping for multiple clients (invoices, expenses, payroll, payments, reconciliations)
VAT reporting and other statutory filings
Preparation of monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
Supporting daily financial operations across the client portfolio
Occasional client communication and follow-up
Your Profile
You are structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment. You take ownership of your tasks and are motivated by learning in a startup setting. If you have an interest in or experience with AI is an advantage.
Additionally, you:
Have 2–3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
Hold a relevant educational background (e.g. finance, business, or similar)
Ideally have experience working with multiple clients or companies
Experience with the accounting systems e-conomic and Dinera
Familiarity with tax and reporting systems (SKAT)
Language:
Professional proficiency in English is required
Danish is a plus, but not required
Practical Information
Location: Gammel Kongevej 11, 1602 Copenhagen (primarily on-site)
Start date: As soon as possible
Duration: 3 months, with potential for extension
Working hours: 15–20 hours per week (2–3 days)
Partial remote work: Possible after onboarding
Salary: Based on qualifications
