Moment Construction is looking for asphalt workers for the new year, with the 2026 season starting 2. of March in Denmark. It is mandatory that you have solid experience working with asphalt and operation of construction machinery, Asphalt pavers, rollers etc.
You will be working on new infrastructure projects involving:
- Ground preparation
- Operating paving machinery
- Rolling and compaction
- Handling and laying of materials (asphalt, tarmac, etc.)
We are looking for candidates who are experienced, reliable, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
We Offer
- Start date: 2. of march
- Contract: – permanent contract after trial period
- Shifts: Flexible – day, evening, and night shifts
- Weekly hours: Up to 50 hours/week during high season, including overtime, evening/night, and Saturday work – can be some weeks with 60 hours
- Overtime pay according to regulations after normal working hours
- Assistance with accommodation and necessary paperwork
Requirements
- Category B driver’s license
- Prior solid experience working with Asphalt and Tarmac
- Prior experience operating construction machinery, Asphalt pawer, rollers etc.
- Positive and friendly attitude
