Unskilled Workers for Outdoor Construction Work

Do you enjoy physical work and thrive outdoors?

We are looking for two reliable and hardworking employees to assist with water and pump handling in connection with large construction projects. Experience from agriculture, construction, or other practical work involving machinery, physical tasks, and changing weather conditions is an advantage — but the most important thing is your willingness to learn and get the job done. You will become part of a small team where cooperation and quality are the main focus.

Tasks:
• Assisting with setup and monitoring of pumps and drainage
• Ensuring water removal from excavations and fields
• Light maintenance of equipment (training provided)
• Operating small machinery such as mini excavators and wheel loaders (not required — training available)
• General ad-hoc tasks

We are looking for someone who:
• Can work independently and take responsibility
• Has a category B driver’s license (BE is a plus but not required)
• Is reliable and punctual
• Enjoys outdoor work
• Is willing to work extra hours during busy periods
