Your workdays will be fast-paced and full of energy, where teamwork is essential. That’s why it’s important that you’re flexible and ready to take on various types of tasks. Accuracy and focus are core values at Bring, and maintaining these standards will be a crucial part of your role.

The Job

At Bring in Fredericia, we’re currently looking for new employees to join our sorting team during the peak season. You’ll be part of a strong team that handles thousands of parcels every day – quickly, accurately, and with a positive attitude.

You’ll primarily work in two departments: Infeed and Outfeed.

• The Infeed Department receives all incoming parcels and places them on the conveyor system.

• The Outfeed Department distributes the parcels from the conveyor belt into the correct shipping cages.

From there, parcels are sent out across Denmark or to distribution centers in Sweden and Norway. There are clear performance goals for how many parcels must be processed per hour to keep the workflow running smoothly. You should therefore thrive in a fast-paced environment where precision and efficiency are key.

Most of your work will take place along the production line, where your main tasks will include:

• Sorting parcels delivered on pallets from around the world

• Sorting parcels from the automatic conveyor system into the correct shipping cages

• Performing general warehouse duties and maintaining order in the work area

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who is available to work from week 45 to week 51.
You have the right attitude, are motivated to contribute, and want to help maintain the high standards at Bring. You know how to balance speed with accuracy, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

We are hiring temporary workers for both our day and evening shifts.
It’s a requirement that you can participate in training shifts starting in week 45.

Our expectations for you as a temp worker:

• You are reliable and ready to take on physical work

• You are punctual and show up when scheduled

• You can communicate in Danish or English                                                                                                                                                                             

Practical Information There are opportunities to work both day and evening shifts – you should expect to work between 08:15 and 22:30, Monday to Friday.
Shifts will be a combination of fixed and on-call shifts.

Pay: DKK 182.68/hour, consisting of a base rate of DKK 153.70/hour + supplements and a 9% optional pay account (fritvalgslønkonto).
