A key position with responsibility for driving NTI Group's global growth
As Head of International Accounts, you will play a pivotal role in NTI Group’s ambitious international growth strategy. Reporting directly to the Group Sales Director, you’ll lead commercial activities across a portfolio of high-potential multinational accounts, primarily across the EMEA region.
You’ll drive the development and execution of commercial strategies, coordinate cross-functional teams across countries, and lead sales engagements with C-level stakeholders. Your work will empower NTI Group to expand its market presence by promoting innovative Autodesk-based solutions.
The primary tasks and responsibilities of the role include:
- Develop and implement NTI’s international account strategy in close collaboration with Key Account Managers, Country Managers, and senior stakeholders.
- Lead complex sales processes for multinational customers, including C-level negotiations.
- Build and manage a dynamic pipeline of international accounts by qualifying prospects through structured research.
- Foster long-term partnerships and ensure close collaboration with local teams for successful execution and customer success.
- Support competency development to ensure NTI teams have the capabilities to win and deliver international deals.
In this role, you’ll also act as the primary liaison with Autodesk and help ensure that NTI's strategic positioning is reinforced within this important partnership.
What you bring to the role?
To be considered for this position, you hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field and bring at least 8 years of experience in strategic account management or international sales. You have a proven track record of developing and implementing account strategies for multinational customers – and you are highly motivated to lead the commercial agenda with both existing and potential customers.
In addition, you must be comfortable engaging directly with C-level stakeholders and providing strategic advice on how NTI Group can deliver measurable value. A strong analytical mindset is essential, including the ability to build ROI models that demonstrate the impact of NTI's solutions. Familiarity with the Autodesk ecosystem will be considered an advantage.

You bring structure and a proactive approach to expanding NTI Group's presence in international markets – while also ensuring close collaboration with local teams and partners.
