About the Role
As a Recruiter, People & Culture Specialist, you will play a key role in the hiring process, supporting our hiring managers globally with recruitment for both commercial and more technical roles. All the way from the initial alignment of expectations for the role, throughout the screening of candidates, over the talent assessment to concluding of the contract process and initiating onboarding.
Overall focus is a close collaboration between the P&C team and all internal stakeholders, and in times of less open recruitments you will find yourselves at the heart of the action, diving into process improvement, and offering support across the employee journey in collaboration with P&C Team. We expect you to be agile and ready to engage in new projects with AI optimization in focus.

You will be located in our headquarter in Copenhagen as part of our People & Culture team of five fantastic colleagues with direct reporting line to our Chief People & Culture Officer.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Takes ownership of and manage the full recruitment cycle, from job intake to signed contract. And will continue our AI optimization of recruitment to both support candidate experience as well quality of hire.
- Create and publish job postings across multiple platforms.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates using a mix of traditional and innovative methods.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles, requirements, and hiring strategies aligned with our career grade system and growth journeys.
- Assist on recruitment-related projects and administrative support.
- Explore and implement AI tools to improve sourcing and selection processes.
- Support employer branding efforts through relevant channels and content in close collaboration with P&C Employer Branding Specialist
Practical Information

Duration: Permanent position
Working hours: 37 hours/week, Monday to Friday during regular office hours
