To enhance reporting structures and meet evolving European standards, Moment Search & Selection is looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join the IT-PMO team in Brøndby and to take on a key role in a newly created position.

In this role, you will be the link between business and data, ensuring that regulatory demands are translated into effective, data-driven solutions. You will work closely with skilled colleagues in IT, Finance, and Risk to develop high-quality reporting solutions and your key responsibilities will include:
- Define, analyze, and refine regulatory reporting requirements from business owners and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business owners to produce detailed specifications and work with developers to translate these into SQL.
- Represent business requirements, working closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation.
- Participate in and facilitate testing with business stakeholders, ensuring all requirements are met.
- Work effectively within agile teams, contributing to sprints and iterative development processes.
- Develop and specify requirements for reports and data warehouses to support a variety of business needs beyond regulatory reporting.
- Navigate and contribute to a complex international environment, ensuring compliance with global standards and best practices.
In this role, you will also need to build and maintain close working relationships with stakeholders at various levels. You will demonstrate strong analytical skills to ensure data integrity and quality in complex environments.
Your qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have significant experience with complex data transformations and regulatory reporting. You should have a deep understanding of managing large datasets and collaborating across departments, and you must be able to communicate confidently in English, both verbally and in writing.
You hold a bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, finance, or in a related field and have at least five years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the financial sector. A strong proficiency in SQL and data warehousing is essential, and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Qlik will be an advantage. Experience with data governance and GDPR compliance is essential.
You have developed a robust technical expertise that enables you to ask critical questions and provide guidance when needed. Additionally, you will act as a "safety net" for data handling, ensuring that data is managed accurately and in full compliance with relevant regulations and standards, both within Danish and German law.
