On behalf of our client, an international company based in Copenhagen's Nordhavn district, Moment is looking for their next employee with a service-minded and can-do approach to Operations Team. The employment is for 6 months initially with the possibility of an extension.
About the job
As part of the Operations Team, you will be an essential contributor within the Front Office division, operating behind the scenes in a international environment. You'll engage with colleagues worldwide, collaborating across various functions to ensure seamless daily operations and uphold standards of excellence.
Below are some of the key tasks we expect you and your team will drive and be focused on:
- Execution of daily operational tasks in coordination with diverse stakeholders.
- Oversight of daily administrative duties and document control, including accurate movement allocation and timely documentation.
- Management of inventory reconciliation on a weekly basis to ensure asset accuracy.
- Monitoring and addressing product gains/losses, ensuring appropriate handling.
- Handling of custom documents, ensuring validation and control procedures are followed.
- Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to address inquiries related to barges and storage terminals.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with experience in administrative tasks and managing large datasets. It is a clear advantage if you have a financial background – for example, experience with budgets, reconciliations, accounting, or cost control – as the role requires a strong overview of numbers and values.
You work in a structured and detail-oriented manner, thrive in collaboration, and are able to stay focused even in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you are comfortable navigating an international setting and adapting to change.

- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Experience with systems such as FPMS, Shiptech, Unit4, SAP, or Allegro is advantageous.
