We are looking for an HR Assistant for The European Environment Agency (EEA).

Responsibilities:
You will take on a wide range of administrative tasks, including supporting the department with the following:
- Scheduling meetings
- Booking meeting rooms
- Archiving, scanning, and photocopying
- Ad hoc tasks
The ideal candidate:
- You have a higher education degree, likely in an HR-related field or administration.
- You have experience working in a supportive role with similar responsibilities.
- You are comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously and know how to prioritize them.
- You are proficient in IT and experienced with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- The working language is English, and you thrive in an environment where all communication is in English.
- You are independent and service-oriented in your approach to work.
Practical details:
- Start date: As soon as possible
- Duration: The position lasts until the end of March, with good potential for extension.
- Workplace: Kongens Nytorv 6, 1050 Copenhagen K
- Base salary: DKK 179.68 per hour. In addition, a 9% collective agreement supplement is added, resulting in a total hourly rate of DKK 195.85.
