The job
On behalf of Novo Nordisk, we are looking for a student who is eager to provide service and support to their colleagues. As a student assistant in the VA PMO function, your primary tasks will involve assisting with onboarding and planning a variety of activities.
Your everyday focus will be on the following:
• Assisting with onboarding, including sending welcome emails
• Coordinating meetings and events
• Monitoring and coordinating the PMO-function's mailbox
• Supporting access to various platforms
• Assisting with distribution lists
Your profile
Your educational background is not crucial. The most important thing is that you have digital flair and excellent service skills. As a person, you are outgoing, self-driven by nature, and not afraid to ask questions. You approach your tasks humbly and are not afraid to make suggestions when you spot a potential for optimization. You greet your surroundings with a smile and thrive on taking on new tasks. Additionally, it is important that you can communicate professionally in English.
Workplace
Initially, your workplace will be in Bagsværd, but in early 2024, the department will move to newly renovated premises in Ballerup.
