The Role
The Assistant Accounts Payable (3 Months) will be part of our global Finance and Accounting Team which collaborates as a strategic partner to clients, vendors and all internal departments. It's a hands-on role where the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our local accounts payable team and it’s processes.
Responsibilities
- Process invoices in Open Text SAP;
- Daily review of incoming invoices in SAP;
- Collect approval according to Genmab's approval scheme (SOA);
- Reviewing invoices for appropriate documentation;
- Timely and adequately responding to all internal queries;
- Contributing to the working environment by displaying a positive attitude and a high work ethic
Requirements
Moreover, you meet the following professional requirements:
- Experience in Accounts Payable; understanding of the purchase-to-pay process a pre
- Excellent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills - both oral and written
- Danish reading level (ability to read Danish invoices)
- Proven experience working in teams
- Ability to work successfully under pressure in a fast-paced environment and with tight timelines
- Ability to be proactive, enthusiastic and goal orientated
- A team player with demonstrated ability to collaborate with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Scientists, Trial Managers, Data Managers, Clinicians, vendors labs) to support product development strategy
