Our client Windy Scandinavia Boats in Västervik is looking for boat builders. As a hired boat builder at Windy, you will work in Västervik and be part of a team consisting of skilled and competent boat builders. The renowned WINDY boats are built in the modern and well-equipped production facilities in Västervik on Sweden's east coast, as well as in Ostróda and Slupsk in Poland. The boat models produced range from 26 to 60 feet - WINDY Sport Series and WINDY SR Series Chase Boats & Yacht Tenders. In 2028, production of a new model, the Windy SF77, 77 feet, will begin.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The work mainly consists of assembly, installation, connection, and commissioning of all equipment on a boat. To be considered for this position, you should have experience working with boat assembly. You must be able to handle power tools and perform installations on boats with high quality.

Formal requirements:
* At least 2-3 years of experience as a boat builder or equivalent competence.
* The position requires very good knowledge of, and long experience with, all installations on a boat.
* You can understand and communicate technical issues and make use of the content in drawings.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The job as a boat builder/joiner is a full-time consulting assignment. You will be employed by Eterni Sweden AB and work as a consultant for our client. After 6 months, there is a high possibility of direct employment with Windy. If you live outside commuting distance, it may be possible to work week by week and go home on weekends. We may also be able to help with accommodation.
