Structure Fitters – Novo Nordisk Project, Denmark

We are currently looking for skilled and experienced steel structure fitters to join an exciting installation project at the Novo Nordisk site in Denmark. You will be part of a dedicated team working on the assembly of complex steel structures in a high-standard industrial environment.

🏗️ About the Assignment

As a steel fitter, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assembling and installing steel structures according to technical specifications
  • Interpreting and working from technical drawings
  • Ensuring safety and quality standards are met throughout the installation process

📅 We Offer

  • Start date: October 13, 2025, or as soon as possible thereafter
  • Duration: Expected until February 28, 2026
  • Working hours: 49 hours/week – Monday to Friday
  • Hourly rate: 205 DKK/hour
  • Collective agreement: Covered by Industriens Overenskomst
  • Support: Assistance with accommodation and necessary paperwork

👷‍♂️ Your Profile

We expect you to:

  • Have 5–6 years of experience as a steel fitter
  • Be able to read and understand technical drawings
  • Work independently and take responsibility for your tasks
  • Be reliable, stable, and a strong team player
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a safe and productive work environment
