Lead impactful initiatives across regions and departments
As Business Transformation Manager, you will lead the implementation of a transformation roadmap designed to enhance operational effectiveness, scalability, and digital capabilities. By leveraging your expertise in project management and change management, you will ensure that initiatives are executed with precision, while empowering stakeholders with the necessary tools and frameworks to succeed. Additionally, you will be responsible for training and coordinating process excellence roles across the organization, ensuring alignment and consistency in achieving transformation objectives. Your role will involve managing both short- and long-term initiatives, positioning you as a key contributor to Unifeeder’s strategic growth and operational excellence.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing a transformation model for the business, including defining how sub-projects are executed to achieve desired impact.
- Coordinate and develop projects to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery across the company
- Lead comprehensive change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and building stakeholder support
- Analyze performance metrics and financial data to identify trends and support decision-making aligned with transformation goals
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and innovation across all processes in the organization
In the role as Business Transformation Manager, you will be based in Aarhus and report directly to the Head of Business Development and Strategy, while collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organization. You will take on a cross-border and cross-organizational role that requires curiosity, approachability, and the ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams and departments. Additionally, you will encounter an ambitious workforce that is open for change and eager to succeed, providing a unique opportunity to drive impactful transformation initiatives in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Your qualifications and personal competences
You bring a few years of experience as a Project Manager, External Consultant, or in a similar role, along with a relevant academic background. This combination of experience and education should include expertise in coordinating, structuring, and managing multiple transformation projects simultaneously, preferable with a focus on digital initiatives. You should have a proven track record of successfully leading large-scale transformation projects and a strong ability to optimize processes and ensuring alignment with organizational goal. Additionally, you have a solid understanding of operational frameworks and the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams. You are adaptable, able to navigate diverse business contexts, and make informed and impactful decisions. On a personal level, you are empathetic, approachable, and curious, with a structured and high-level perspective that enables you to plan strategically for long-term success.
