About the Job:

As a foundry worker, your role involves hand-casting high-tech aluminium components for products such as electric vehicles, motorcycles, and the high-voltage industry. The work involves both manual and automated systems.

The job is physically demanding and performed in a hot environment, requiring a hands-on, craftsman-like approach. Whether you are a skilled worker in another field looking to try a new craft or unskilled but ready to learn, this could be the opportunity for you.

Working Hours:

• Day Shift: Monday to Thursday 06:00 – 13:35, Friday 06:00 – 14:20

• Evening Shift: Monday to Thursday 13:25 – 23:00

• Night Shift: Sunday 21:50 – 06:10, Monday to Wednesday 23:00 – 06:10, Thursday 22:20 – 06:10

This position is on the day shift. Over time, there may be opportunities to switch to another shift by agreement.

Salary:

Salary is in accordance with the collective agreement and includes a structured pay scale where you advance two levels within the first year.

Additionally, the position includes a pension, health insurance, and other employee benefits.
